Often, this picture is shown in a correct and a false way. If you want to be sure about the correct perspective: it is important that the horses and carriages are coming in to the court from the right side! Another hint: the house that carries a waterreservoir on top is the former "thetis fountain" (this building does not exist anymore). This was on the right side, too.
