Update Feb. 2026: I just found out that this photo is taken in Bo-Kaap, Kapstadt, South Africa. Another photographer (Robby Ogilvie/Sony World Photography Awards 2026) chose the same angle, the same car :-))

 

I assembled this one without exactly knowing the final motif. Just three bags and a choice

This is my 800th Blogpost and it should show a real challenge! 

This jigsaw puzzle took a bit more than two weeks to be assembled.

The reason why:

are sun-bleached pieces placed like a chessboard... 

But at least, the painting is so amazing and subtle. I had to see it in all its beauty
