A Ravensburger jigsaw puzzle dated 2005

The castle was built in 1220 by Alexander II and it is said that Robert Bruce found shelter when hiding from the english troops. Alexanders castle was destroyed in the early 18th century by english artillery. It was rebuilt 1912-1932 ans is now - again - housed by the McRaes.

The castle is located at the Loch Duich.

Dschungle by Kimi Tamagami

The artist was born in Uwajima City, Japan in the year 1958. Her studied painting in his fathers atelier, but soon he developed his own technique and style. Tamagami breeds tropical fishes and his experiences find their way into realistic paintings. It takes 3-4 months to paint a picture and Tamagami is complimented by his reviewers.

I love this picture and I'll find some more jigsaws.
