London 2000 - The Millennium Puzzle

The Jigsaw Puzzle commemorates the new Millennium as well as the London Eye, a Ferris Wheel. It was built from 1998-2000 and was the tallest Ferris Wheel with a height of 135m - until 2006. It was succeeded by the "Star of Nanchang" (160 metres) and 2009 by the "Singapore Flyer" (165 metres).

Today, the London Eye is still the tallest Ferris Wheel in Europe and the Western hemisphere!
