Winchester Cathedral
"Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity, St. Peter and Paul"
This Cathedral is one of the longest Gothic Cathedrals in Europe! The huge medieval stained glass window in the West can be seen on this painting. It was destroyed in the middle of the 17th century during civil war and restored from the broken glass in 1660.
Jane Austen, the world famous novelist of 'Pride and Prejudice', is buried here.
