A treasure from the 1980ies or: a present from my younger "me"

I found this treasure in my parent's home today.

A Worldmap of 1650

The Jigsaw Puzzles dates back to 1986!

Seems like I assembled it once and sealed it with the Ravensburger glue:

Yes! It must have been glued, because the pieces stick together

what more do I have to say? :-)

This is the only problem I have to face right now:
due to glue, storage and age the pieces go their own way...
