This is a Pelican hand cut wooden Jigsaw Puzzle I never saw before.

I never heard of Pelican, too. The only link found in the worldwide web belongs to the Jigsaurus, but the jigsaw puzzle is made by Shaw. Another hint on this picture may be found here (showing a Cowan's chocolate box with the picture of the newly crowned queen)
