Elephant

A wooden ArtPuzzle - made of Plywood

Elephants are the biggest mammals. They can grow up to 4 m height and the babies wheigh approx. 100 kg when they are born. The beak - their main characteristic - consists of about 40.000 muscles. The Elephant can grab, breathe and smell with it.  It is said, that statues of elephants with an upraised beak symbolize luck.

Although they are 'vegetarian', they eat 17 hours a day to fulfill their daily need of 200 kg plants.
They live in herds of female elephants and pups, guided by a very experienced female leader.
Elephants are very sensitive and have an impressive capacity for remembering.

+ I guess that there's no need to express how much I detest poaching!
