A tiny give-away jigsaw puzzle by Ravensburger. Given to me by a friend.

I opened it just today to celebrate the completion of my tenth of this huge jigsaw puzzle.

Another vintage Ravensburger jigsaw puzzle taken from the "World Wide Serie"

 - assembled during a marathon within 2 hours and 15 minutes

The old jigsaw puzzles by Ravensburger from the 1960ies to the 1980ies are characterized by a compelling definition of sharpness, an intersting cut with many wave-cut pieces and a excellent fitting accuracy. New Ravensburger jigsaw puzzles may promote a "soft click" technology, but if you ever assambled an older one, you know what I mean :-) If you are an enthusiast and you should be able to get one, just try it.

Today I assemled 8 cute finger exercises with pictures of the "Little Mole".

It's a cartoon character created by Zdenek Miler, a czech cartoonist and artist, in 1956.

I watched the small cartoons as a child on TV - they were shown in the highly acclaimed German series "Die Sendung mit der Maus" (the show with the mouse).

When Ravensburger edited those finger exercises in 2015 with just 54 pieces each, 

I had to own them! :-)
