Megamarathon, the 19th edition - 7th > 9th January 2022

 Oh yes, it was Megamarathon again. Seems like the 18th edition took place just a few weeks ago ...  as time goes by.

We pulverized our previous all-time-record of approx. 203k pieces and managed to assemble 271,413 pieces all together. My slice of this cake were 5.018 pcs which is a personal record :-)

Getting prepared for the platinum jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II

 On the 6th of February 1952 King Georg VI died on Sandringham

On the 6th of February 1952 a young princess Elizabeth entered a treehouse lodge and she left it as "The Queen"

Elizabeth II will be Queen for 70 years on the 6th of February 2022

 Ususally I don't make a big deal of "small" jigsaw puzzles, 

but this one had to be interrupted on the 5th of January due to our annual Megamarathon

I really love Castorland although the cardboard is thin. 

After presenting all those jigsaw puzzles assembled during the Megamarathon 

I'll restart my journey to Wales
