I visited a falconry in Remscheid, Germany

I visited the falconry but it was quite late and a wedding took place.
Therefore I could not attend the flight presentation. But there are many aviaries before the main entrance and I could study some owls, falcons and a majestic eagle

Steller's Sea Eagle
Haliaeetus pelagicus
A sturdy eagle. It has dark brown plumage with white wings and tail, a yellow beak and yellow talons. It is the heaviest eagle in the world, at about 5 to 10 kg

Snowy Owl
Bubo scandiacus
Snowy owls are native to the Arctic regions of both North America and the Palearctic, breeding mostly on the tundra. It has a number of unique adaptations to its habitat and lifestyle, which are quite distinct from other extant owls.

Detailed view of a great grey owl
Strix nebulosa
Documented as the world's largest species of owl by length. It is distributed across the Northern Hemisphere.

Gyrfalcon
Falco rusticolus
The largest of the falcon species, is a bird of prey. Individual vagrancy can take birds for long distances.

Gyrfalcons may do spectacular things, but most of all they can turn their
heads at 180° minimum. Looks weird
