Today the sun came out after several gray days and we took a short walk around the moated castle Werdringen (really: not more than 5 minutes...)
The moated castle was acquired by the city of Hagen in 1977. Since 1985, extensive renovation work has been carried out in cooperation with a citizens' association, which was completed with the establishment of the Museum of Prehistory and Early History. Today, the moated castle is a popular destination in the Ruhr Valley and South Westphalia.
The café was floated with guest and due to freezing cold temperatures we decided to drive to the nearby town Herdecke to find another café
